Time and Talent

The Mastery Foundation is a place where you can contribute your own commitment and abilities in leadership, communication, empowerment, and service to others. Virtually all of the work of the Foundation is done by volunteers. There are several ways you can participate.

Program production

All our courses and initiatives are produced by volunteers. They organize each event, from communicating with and enrolling participants to the actual production of programs.

Program leaders

Our leadership training is a practical, effective way to develop your own leadership skills while you are empowering others. You learn by actively participating as a member of the leadership team at workshops and programs and progress at your own pace as you master the material.

Behind the scenes

We also value and need the contributions of those who have the time and talent to help with a multitude of general and administrative tasks. If you have time and skills to offer, please let us know by contacting information@masteryfoundation.org.

As a non-profit organization, the Mastery Foundation is supported almost entirely by the generosity of individual donors who recognize the difference our work makes. We invite you to make a difference by joining this group of committed donors.
